NOTICE FOR 2017

The City of Seattle Business License Tax Certificate Renewal fee structure has changed. Beginning with the 2017 Renewal, license fees will be assessed based on prior year Seattle net revenue reported. If your business does not have prior year reporting history or the history is incomplete, the renewal fee assessed will default to the lowest tier fee. Square Footage Tax No Longer In Effect

Effective Jan. 1, 2016, the square footage business tax is no longer in effect. However, it will still be levied for all periods between Jan.1, 2008 through Dec. 31, 2015. Go to the Square Footage Business Tax page for more information.

    Commercial Parking Tax, Admission Tax and Gambling Tax.
We accept MasterCard for payment of these taxes and fees. We accept American Express for payment of these taxes and fees. We accept Electronic Payments from your checking account for payment of these taxes and fees.
